When you become a National Property Inspections franchise owner, you’ll attend the National Property Inspections Business and Inspection Training Academy, where you will receive 80-120 hours of classroom training followed by up to 5 days of field training with an existing NPI inspector near your NPI territory (length of training can vary based on various state licensing requirements for home inspectors). Our classes have been developed to give you all the information you need to start your business and succeed.
After the classroom training, we’ll match you with an experienced mentor for up to 5 days of invaluable in-the-field training.
Our training program is approved in most states that require home inspectors to be licensed. In addition, National Property Inspections will provide guidance and sponsorship for licensing as needed.
